Guarantee of satisfaction

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why inSilk offers you the opportunity to return the product you have purchased or to replace it with a different size/model if you are not satisfied. In order to apply for our client satisfaction guarantee, we kindly request you to contact us within seven work days after reception of your order (by e-mail or phone) in order to inform us of your return transport or request for replacement.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Underwear/lingerie like briefs, tanga's, strings/thongs;
  • Incomplete, damaged and/or used products;
  • Products that have already been washed;
  • Products for which you have not announced a return/exchange request within 14 days

When returning the products, please use sufficient stamps and pack them properly.

In case of a return, we will refund the amount of the purchase price as soon as possible (within 30 days at most).


This guarantee of satisfaction applies to consumers and does not apply to business transactions.
