Wrong order

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. InSilk therefore offers you the opportunity to return the purchased product if you are not pleased with it. In order to qualify for our client satisfaction guarantee, please contact us within seven days after receipt of your purchase.

The products below are exempt of our client satisfaction guarantee:

  • Products without original packaging;
  • Incomplete, damaged and/or used products;
  • Other personalised products / made to fit products; 
  • Products for which you have not applied for a return within seven days. 

Returning products is payable entirely by the client who is also responsible for all risks.

We will refund the purchase costs excluding paid transport costs, as soon as possible. However, we will pay within 30 days at most.

Wrong delivery

Despite the fact that we carefully check our orders, it can occur that a wrong product was delivered to you. In this case we kindly request you to contact us within seven days after receipt of your purchase.

As soon as we have received the product, we will send you the right product (if available) for free as soon as possible. 

Important: your shipment must be agreed with inSilk on forehand. This, to avoid extra costs charged to the custommer in case we need to re-sent your unagreed return or exchange. Just sending the shipment without agreement does not automatically mean that we accept the return or exchange. Please contact us to avoid extra costs.
