Check all your packages well upon delivery. Always let the delivery person make a note if there is damage to the packaging box. If you do not do this, it will be hard or impossible to claim transport damage afterwards.

If a package cannot be delivered to you, it will be offered to you at a later point in time. The date and time of day of the second depends upon the day of the primary delivery. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, you will find a message in your letterbox. This message states where you can pick up your package. You have three weeks time to pick it up.

Packages with an extra service such as a signature cannot be delivered to the neighbours.
